What can I expect when joining Blue Power Partners?

During the first months of employment, you are surrounded by competent, curios, and supportive colleagues, and all new employees are assigned with a buddy, who is responsible for helping our new employees settle in.

All new employees will be invited to relevant onboarding sessions to ensure the right knowledge and skills.
