  • Careers: The BPP Group utilizes Elvium’s recruitment system for processing job candidate data, which includes activities like automated email responses, application sorting, interview scheduling, potential video recruitment, and managing a candidate database. The personal data you provide, or that is imported into the system, is responsibly handled by BPP, adhering to disclosure requirements. A data processing agreement is in place between BPP and Elvium, delineating the types of data processed, security protocols, and other GDPR-compliant procedures.
    We undertake digital processing of your application and personal data in line with GDPR articles 6 and 9 when sensitive personal data is included. By submitting your application, you consent to our policies and agree to the processing of your data. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please contact us at can@bluepp.dk, and your data will be promptly deleted.
    If you’re not selected for the position, we reserve the right to store your application and associated personal data for up to 6 months, after which it will be deleted. If circumstances require us to keep your data beyond this period, we’ll contact you via email seeking your renewed consent. You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any point within this storage duration.
  • Contact us: When you contact The BPP Group through our corporate info email, info@bluepp.dk, your personal data will be securely stored on our server. Each request will be centrally reviewed by our IT department, and, depending on its content, it will either be deleted or forwarded to the appropriate person within our organization in accordance with GDPR articles 6.1(a) and 6.1(b). The legal basis for processing your data will depend on the context of your communication, and this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If data processing requires your consent, you will be contacted by The BPP Group (BPP) detailing the purpose of the processing, the timeframe for which your data will be stored, and your rights as per GDPR. Should you choose not to give your consent, all personal data associated with your communication will be promptly deleted. For your own protection, we urge you not to include any sensitive information in your emails. Your information will not be stored for longer than six months.
  • Subscription to newsletter: Visitors have the option to sign up for a free newsletter from the BPP Group. We kindly request your name and email address during this sign-up process. To comply with GDPR and relevant privacy regulations, it is imperative that we secure your consent before sending you newsletters.
