Meet Edouard, who joined Blue Power Partners for his internship in January and this summer, he was promoted to a full-time employee as Analyst in our Origination department.
Edouard is bringing in knowledge within regulatory and public policy, and he chose to work with Blue Power Partners, as he wanted to work at the forefront of the green transition.
“I believe we can make a difference, and working at Blue Power Partners, I really feel that I am contributing to the green transition. Joining this company, I quickly realized that everyone is highly motivated and committed to the company’s purpose and its vision to accelerate the green transition. Here, there is a big focus among colleagues to help each other to make sure that everyone is doing their best. At the end, we collectively make a difference that really matters.”

“Learning new skills can be challenging, and joining a new industry sector, my learning curve has been very steep from day 1. In this process, I have been given a lot of trust by my manager and the colleagues I work with, and I value the fact that it is okay to speak up when something is difficult. So, the focus on knowledge sharing within Blue Power Partners combined with the trust in me has really helped me during my first time here.”
We are a diverse team of almost 300 employees with 29 different nationalities, and when working with renewable energy projects worldwide, Edouard gets to work with colleagues with diverse backgrounds and cultures. “It really motivates me to work in an agile environment where no days are the same. Every day, I work on different tasks related to different projects in different parts of the world. Also, working in the origination department means working very broadly in the company, and I enjoy working with colleagues worldwide from different BPP offices. This diversity keeps me motivated.”
