We are strengthening our capabilities within Software Development to deliver both internal tools and applications as well as client-oriented SaaS solutions reliant on data-intensive applications. Being successful in this role is highly dependent on your ability to choose the best tools available in Azure to build better solutions.

About the job

As most of our deliverables are being built based on an analytical platform for our investors to access our modelling tools for their commercial and financial analysis.  Currently, we have developed the modelling solution by using R with Microsoft Excel Add-In as user interface.

As part of the next step, we are planning to move to Azure cloud and provide this as a SaaS to our customers.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Configure Infrastructure: App Service, R Model (Container or Serverless)
  • Storage: MongoDB, Blob Storage
  • Implement workloads and security
  • Implement DevOps – collaboration on software development through source control, work tracking, and continuous integration and delivery, both on-premises and in the cloud
  • Strong IT and language skills, fluent in English as a minimum (oral and written)

About you

You bring cloud expertise to your team and set up a cloud environment with performance, security & cost-effective resources.

Besides, we expect you to enrich our business with the following competencies and skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science Engineering or Equivalent with 3-5 Years relevant experience as an Azure cloud architect
  • Experience in Rest API, HTTPS, and related deployment in Azure
  • Expertise in the breadth of services available in Azure including compute, network, storage, and database
  • Familiarity with the various Azure management tools and monitoring services available
  • Knowledge of various Azure DevOps tools
  • Experience in setting up security strategy for various projects
  • Knowledge on how to implement governance strategy, identity, privacy and compliance feature
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
