• Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in engineering preferably from Electrical background
• 4-6 years of experience on designing PV Projects, creating layouts, SLDs and electrical calculations
• Proficiency in creating site layouts, electrical system design, regulatory approvals etc.
• Comfortable with multiple design iterations as per client requirements
• Have Knowledge of IEEE, IS, IEC, NEC, and other governing standards for the design of solar PV systems
• Experience in working with AutoCAD/Electrical CAD/Similar, Sketchup, PVSyst and other relevant tools & software’s
• Experience in designing BESS, Hybrid system & other state of art technologies like Bifacial PV will be an added advantage
• Well-versed with Technical aspects of Solar Module, Solar Inverters, Racking Systems & Others.
• Possess strong analytical skills
• Outstanding communicator both with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to see the big picture while working with many tasks and short deadlines
• Great facilitation skills and thrive engaging with people of different cultures and from various backgrounds
• Results-oriented and focused on achieving goals with the team
• Proficient in English
