Functional Lead – Solar Engineering, Chennai

They are tasked with delivering world-class data analysis and modeling solutions, and the team is comprised of an eclectic range of knowledgeable experts, ranging from specialists to Ph.Ds within the fields of mathematics, wind modeling, solar engineers, chemistry, electrical engineering, and data science.

In this role, you will get challenging opportunities and some of your responsibilities will come to include:

• Fronting customers during the execution of energy resource modeling projects, including Solar PV farm design optimization.
• Leading due diligence of Solar PV projects from resource assessments and energy yield perspective and PV design perspective.
• Acting as subject matter expert on solar resource assessment and energy yield assessment and PV design for Solar modeling and design team.
• Driving development and anchoring of process improvements including quality assurance of deliverables.
• Contribution to resource modeling and energy yield assessments during peak workloads.
• Development of new products and service offerings within this domain.

As we are operating globally, some project and team-related traveling should be expected.
