We are looking for an experienced Lead Construction Manager to engage our Construction team. You will have a valuable role in driving our large-scale portfolio of Wind and Solar projects worldwide.
Lead Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring that all BPP construction projects are staffed with a qualified team through cooperation with strategic partners. In addition, this person oversees the implementation of safety protocols, quality standards, and on-site construction processes. This role ensures all on-site construction work is conducted safely, meets regulatory and client requirements, and is completed to the highest quality standards. This individual collaborates closely with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to maintain a safe and productive work environment while minimizing risks and enhancing quality control measures.

About the role
As a Lead Construction Manager for wind and solar projects, your responsibilities will be dynamic, but key tasks are expected to include:
- Upholding development and construction on-site Safety procedures
- Carrying out end-to-end quality procedures
- On-site construction processes and tools
- Job profiles for site teams
- Having in place framework agreements for construction resources for all construction projects
- Onboarding and training new construction resources in BPP on-site construction teams
- Supporting Project Teams as required to ensure BPP on-site teams are delivering as expected
Moreover, you will be ensuring that the BPP on-site team has relevant safety plans, QA plans, and on-site processes and applicable tools that will enable on-site teams to perform and document their job satisfactorily, including but not limited to:
- Performing relevant Safety and QA checks
- Following up on progress on construction as well as documentation
- Following up on contractor’s performance
- Be ready to review mechanical completion and handover certificates
- Ensure that all BPP on-site team members are trained in BPP processes and that we deliver the same high quality across all construction projects
In this role, you will be interfacing with a wide variety of stakeholders, including:
- Project Director / Project Manager / Development Manager
- Construction resource agencies
- BPP IT and Finance
- Global Engineering
- Local HSE consultants
About you

- Extensive experience with onshore construction of wind, solar or BESS projects
- Deep understanding of safety and quality processes for construction
- Deep understanding for on-site procedures

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage interfaces and cooperation across various stakeholders
